We strive to have a veterinary facility which is clean, comfortable, and efficient. Call (352)373-7208 to schedule an appointment. We prefer to schedule new clients on weekdays to ensure you and your pet get all the time needed to address your concerns, but we will work to find a time that is convenient for you and your schedule.

Pets age quicker than humans, therefore it is very important they get a full physical exam at least yearly. Canine annual exams include a heartworm test and a fecal exam. Feline annual exams include a fecal exam. Our doctors will check the health of your pet from head to tail during their exam. After the exam, our doctors will discuss the health of your pet and any further diagnostics they feel necessary to keep your pet in their best health. Some diagnostics are sent to a laboratory and the owner will be notified when the results will be expected. After the exam the doctor will administer any vaccinations that are due at that time, as well as discuss any medications needed.

Bring in any medical history you have of your pet when you come to our vet clinic. It's best to keep a journal of your pet's health throughout his or her life, including behavioral shifts. If you have something like this, share it with our team. If not, let us know everything that you think will be important. We can still work with whatever information you have.

In an effort to keep your pet in their best health, the veterinarians at Timberview Pet Clinic may refer you to a specialist who has advanced expertise in an area of concern.
